Parents of prospective Bossies must complete and submit an entry form (available at the administration office).
The following documentation must accompany the application:
A certified copy of your child's Birth Certificate.
Certified copies of both parents' Identity Documents.
Certified proof of residential address.
If you have moved and your child is already in school, you need to attach a transfer certificate.
